    APLIKASI PRESENTASI CERDAS MENGGUNAKAN GERAK TANGAN DENGAN MYO ARMBAND

    Perkembangan teknologi untuk mendukung sistem pembelajaran saat ini berlangsung sangat cepat sehingga muncul teknologi inovasi yang interaktif untuk dunia pendidikan. Salah satu teknologi yang diimplementasikan adalah aplikasi presentasi interaktif dalam kelas multimedia atau sistem presentasi cerdas. Teknologi ini memungkinkan untuk mengontrol pergerakan dan penekanan tombol mouse dengan cara alami menggunakan gerak tangan (hand gestures). Kemampuan ini dapat menggantikan peran dan fungsi mouse yang konvensional, dan memfasilitasi kinerja guru dalam menerapkan teknologi interaktif di dalam kelas. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk membangun sistem presentasi cerdas dibagi menjadi 2 tahapan yaitu: 1) Pengenalan gerak tangan; 2) Pembuatan aplikasi pengontrol presentasi. Sensor Myo armband yang terpasang pada lengan penyaji digunakan untuk membaca gerak tangan. Sinyal electromyography yang dikirimkan sensor Myo armband melalui koneksi bluetooth ke komputer untuk dikenali sesuai dengan pola yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Hasil pengenalan pola selanjutnya diolah oleh aplikasi pengontrol yang dibangun dan dipergunakan untuk mengendalikan presentasi Microsoft Power Point. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membuat presentasi lebih efisien, menarik dan juga membuat pembelajaran lebih interaktif serta dapat membantu penyaji dalam memaparkan materi presentasinya

    Cluster Oriented Spatio Temporal Multidimensional Data Visualization of Earthquakes in Indonesia

    Spatio temporal data clustering is challenge task. The result of clustering data are utilized to investigate the seismic parameters. Seismic parameters are used to describe the characteristics of earthquake behavior. One of the effective technique to study multidimensional spatio temporal data is visualization. But, visualization of multidimensional data is complicated problem. Because, this analysis consists of observed data cluster and seismic parameters. In this paper, we propose a visualization system, called as IES (Indonesia Earthquake System), for cluster analysis, spatio temporal analysis, and visualize the multidimensional data of seismic parameters. We analyze the cluster analysis by using automatic clustering, that consists of get optimal number of cluster and Hierarchical K-means clustering. We explore the visual cluster and multidimensional data in low dimensional space visualization. We made experiment with observed data, that consists of seismic data around Indonesian archipelago during 2004 to 2014.Keywords: Clustering, visualization, multidimensional data, seismic parameters

    Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna Mesin Pengepres dan Pemotong Tahu di Desa Gitik Kecamatan Rogojampi

    Tahu adalah makanan yang berbahan utama kedelai, dan juga merupakan makanan favorit masyarakat Indonesia baik kalangan bawah sampai kalangan atas. Selain harganya murah, tahu mengandung air 86 %, protein 8-12%, lemak 4-6% dan karbohidrat 16%. Tahu juga mengandung berbagai mineral seperti kalsium, zat besi, fosfat, kalium, natrium; serta vitamin seperti kolin, vitamin B dan vitamin E. Mengingat semakin meningkatnya harga kebutuhan pokok yang ada sekarang ini, banyak masyarakat yang melakukan usaha kecil menengah demi memenuhi kebutuhan pokok tersebut. Salah satunya adalah dengan usaha produksi tahu. Sekarang banyak sekali ditemukan usaha kecil menengah masyarakat yang memproduksi tahu, salah satunya adalah di Dusun Timurejo Desa Gitik Kecamatan Rogojampi Kabupaten banyuwangi. Besar kecilnya kapasitas produksi usaha produksi tahu ditentukan pada saat pengepresan dan pemotongan tahu. Dengan semakin banyaknya hasil pengepresan dan pemotongan tahu dengan waktu yang singkat, maka tahu yang dihasilkannya pun semakin banyak. Saat ini proses pengepresan dan pemotongan tahu yang dilakukan oleh usaha mikro kecil menegah (UMKM) Produksi Tahu Desa Gitik selama ini masih secara manual dengan menggunakan tenaga manusia dan menggunakan alat-alat yang masih sangat tradisional. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi dan identifikasi masalah bersama mitra, mitra sangat membutuhkan alat atau mesin yang dapat memudahkan dan mempercepat proses pengepresan dan pemotongan tahu. Tahap awal kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan survey untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dan melakukan studi literatur untuk mendapatkan solusi atas permasalahan mitra. Setelah solusi permasalahan mitra didapatkan, langkah selanjutnya melakukan perancangan dan pembuatan komponen-komponen alat pengepres dan pemotong tahu semi otomatis. Alat yang dibuat dapat membantu masyarakat dalam meningkatkan produktivitas produksi tahu dibandingkan dengan proses manual atau tradisional. Selain itu, dengan adanya alat ini waktu produksi dapat dipersingkat dan pendapatan masyarakat meningkat

    Disease Detection of Dragon Fruit Stem Based on The Combined Features of Color and Texture

    Dragon fruit is one of the favorite commodities in Banyuwangi Regency's agriculture. In 2019, this commodity had the fourth largest harvest area among other fruit commodities in Banyuwangi until it was exported to China. However, disease attacks often appeared in several dragon fruit plantations in Banyuwangi, and the identification system was still conventional. Many farmers did not know the types of disease and how to handle it, causing the quality and quantity of their crops to decline. Therefore, this study implemented two feature extraction methods. Both methods include color feature extraction using the color moments method and texture feature extraction using gray level co-occurrence matrices (GLCM). The methods used to develop a system that recognized or detected the three types of dragon fruit stem based on digital image processing using Support Vector Machine and k-Nearest Neighbors methods as comparison methods. The results obtained from this study indicated that the combination of the two proposed feature extraction methods could distinguish between stem rot, smallpox, and insect stings with an optimal accuracy score of 87.5% obtained by using Support Vector Machine as a classification method.Dragon fruit is one of the favorite commodities in Banyuwangi Regency's agriculture.     Handicraft from bamboo is a product of bamboo processing, which will later have to be shaped as desired so that it becomes a decoration or used item that has a selling value in the Gintangan area. The process from working bamboo to become a handicraft includes the following methods: cutting bamboo, splitting, cutting, bending, and finally, the weaving process. With the bamboo roll machine, it can use to turn the bamboo strips according to the wishes and needs of the craftsmen, so that this can help overcome difficulties in the process of bending the slices which have many size variations. This activity begins with the identification of problems with partners, planning the rolling machine, mentoring / counseling, and handing over tools. The result of this activity is to help craftsmen to accelerate the process of bending bamboo strips because the production capacity of bending is increased five times for a 5 mm thick slice and 120 times for a 0.25 mm slice thickness, thereby accelerating and accelerating production. Partners expressed hope that the activity would continue in the future because the process used was primarily manual

      Midwives are one of the health workers who provide child and maternal health (CMH) services and family planning. At present, most of the recording of midwife services is still managed conventionally by manual book keeping. It is less effective and efficient which causes the workload to increase, the information retrieval process is quite long and the risk of missing important data is likely to occur frequently. On the other hand, maternal patients are required to visit the midwife directly if they want to know the information on the progress of the pregnancy and their child. Based on these facts, a CMH information system was built that was accessible to midwives and parents. The information system developed consists of two integrated applications, namely web-based applications for midwives and mobile applications for parents. The web application facilitates midwives to record transactions, make reports, and deliver information to patients. While the mobile application makes it easier for parents to monitor the development of maternal and child health and other information provided by midwives. The system was developed using the water-fall software development model. The test results using the black-box test method indicate that the CMH system has been able to meet the user's functional requirements

    Sistem Prediksi Kebutuhan Obat di Puskesmas Menggunakan Metode Least Square

    The Puskesmas is a health service center at the first level in the community. Medication is an important requirement in health agencies, including health centers. The Puskesmas must provide medicine for patients for a period of a month. As well, the puskesmas also has to plan drug requests for the period of the following month. The problem that often arises is about drug supplies. If the demand for drugs is too much, it will cause the drug to be removed for a long period of time, so that it will result in drug expiration. Likewise, if the demand for drugs is too little then it becomes less good, which results in less optimal service to the community. During this time, planning for drug demand for use in the next period, still using instinctive techniques by the head of the health center of the puskesmas. So, this will lead to excess or even reduced drug supply. In this study a system that is able to predict future drug needs was built. The results of this prediction can be used as a reference for drug requests to the health department. The method used to predict is the Least Square method, while the system to control the upper and lower limits uses the Minimum Maximum Stock Level (MMSL) method. The test system for prediction errors in this study uses Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). This systems was implemented using the PHP language and visualized on a web-based basis. The system test results showed an average prediction error rate of 12.70%. The existence of this system is expected to be able to assist the planning process of drug needs in the future at the puskesmas.</p

      Technological developments to support the current learning system are so fast that there is an interactive innovation technology for educational trends. One of the technologies implemented is an interactive presentation application in a multimedia class or smart presentation system. This technology makes it possible to control the presentation in a natural way with their hand movements. This introduction can replace conventional mouse roles and functions to facilitate teacher performance in applying interactive technology in the classroom. To build this intelligent presentation system, it is divided into several parts: 1) Recognition sensor arm movement using Myo armband; 2) Hand gesture of hand movements made several steps include: a) data retrieval based on realtime and wireless; b) feature extraction; c) classification using artificial neural network; and 3) Smart presentation, is a presentation system that can understand human behavior and provide interactive presentations.The expected benefits of the results of this study are, with the construction of intelligent presentation systems using hand-gesturing recognition based on the classification of electromyography signals, 1) Make presentations more efficient, engaging and easier to understand, and also make the discussion more interactive and improve communication; 2) Assists the presenter of material in exposing the material by using a presentation control system based on hand gestures
